1. Data Collected Within the App
The NeuroParto app does not collect or store personal data on its own servers, nor does it share this data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data generated within the app (HRV measurements, contraction logs, favorite affirmations, usage history) is stored only on the user’s device.
NeuroParto does not have remote access to this information.
2. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases (Premium license) are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
NeuroParto does not store bank details or payment information.
Purchase verification is performed through Apple or Google’s official systems.
3. Activation via Code (if applicable)
In the case of Premium activation via code (for example, after in-person training), the email and code entered by the user are sent to the secure neuroparto.com server solely for license validation.
This data is not used for commercial purposes nor shared with third parties.
4. Push Notifications
The application may use push notifications to inform you about updates, content, or upcoming workshops.
Users can disable notifications at any time in their device settings.
5. Health and Wellness Data
The heart rate variability (HRV) features and labor tracking tools are for informational and wellness purposes.
They do not constitute a medical diagnosis and are not a substitute for professional healthcare advice.
6. Data Protection
NeuroParto complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the European Union.
